What are the characteristics of wood fibers used in construction
Characteristics of wood fiber used in construction: non-toxic, odorless, non polluting, and non radioactive. Fiber and cellulose are different.
Wood cellulose is insoluble in water, weak acids, and alkaline solutions; Neutral pH value can improve the corrosion resistance of the system.
Wood cellulose has a small specific gravity and a large specific surface area, and has excellent insulation, heat insulation, sound insulation, insulation, and breathability properties. Its thermal expansion is uniform and does not peel or crack; Higher wet film strength and coverage effect.
Wood cellulose has excellent flexibility and dispersibility, forming a three-dimensional network structure after mixing, enhancing the support and durability of the system, and improving the stability, strength, compactness, and uniformity of the system.
The structural viscosity of wood fibers ensures the uniformity and stability of the processed prefabricated slurry (dry and wet materials) while reducing system shrinkage and expansion, greatly improving the accuracy of construction or prefabricated components.
Wood fiber has strong anti freezing and anti heat capabilities, and can insulate for several days when the temperature reaches 150 ℃; When the temperature reaches up to 200 ℃, it can insulate for dozens of hours; When it exceeds 220 ℃, it can also be insulated for several hours.
