Analysis on the mixing method of basalt fiber in concrete
Do you know the mixing method of basalt fiber in concrete? This is a method that every concrete worker should learn and know. Here are a few steps to tell everyone:
1. A forced mixer should be used. When mixing, add chemical fibers, sand, stone, concrete, etc. to the mixer separately. Dry mix for 30 seconds, then wet mix with water for 90 seconds. The basalt fiber concrete mixture should be evenly mixed with consistent color tone, and there should be no concrete segregation, bleeding, or basalt fiber clumping.
2. Generally, a basalt fiber feeding machine should be used for fully automatic measurement, calibration, and feeding to prevent over feeding and misfeeding. When using manual service to add materials, in order to facilitate the construction of the project, the intake should be calculated according to the amount of concrete mixed by the mixer each time before construction, and the basalt fibers should be packaged separately.
After mixing basalt fiber reinforced concrete, the bench shift should test the uniformity and mortar consistency of the mixture at least once during each work (the error should not exceed+10% of the specified mortar mix ratio), and if necessary, test the volume ratio of basalt fiber (the error should not exceed+15% of the specified mortar mix ratio).
4. Generally, the slump of concrete should be maintained at 180mm ± 20mm. The slump of chemical fiber reinforced concrete should be strictly controlled. The collapse is too small and easy to stick to the chute, making it difficult to roll in the chute. When entering the warehouse, there is no vibration force, and there is high frictional resistance during sliding, which makes the concrete prone to cracking; Excessive collapse and rolling in the coal hopper can easily cause separation, and the concrete is prone to collapse after demolding. The flatness of the control panel surface is poor, and the compressive strength of the concrete cannot exceed the design value. The slump should be within the operating range: the outlet should not be less than 12cm, and the warehouse surface should not be less than 8cm. This value can ensure the transportation, warehousing, vibration force, sliding mode and finishing work.
